THE BABE BUNDLE
Before we start capturing your story, we begin with a conversation. Whether you're booking a newborn session, a family session, or maternity photos, this first step is all about getting to know you. We’ll chat about your season of life, what moments matter most, and how we can make the session feel relaxed, meaningful, and completely you. I’ll help with location ideas, outfit styling, and answer any “what ifs” (yes—even if your toddler melts down or the baby needs a snack). There are no limits in this world.
THE CONVERSATION

Once we’ve talked through the details and confirmed the session that feels right for your family, I’ll send over a simple contract and invoice for a deposit. This officially reserves your date on my calendar, so no one else can snag it.
For newborn sessions, this also means holding space around your due date, knowing babies arrive on their own perfect timeline. From there, we’ll stay in touch leading up to session day so you feel prepared, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Session day is meant to feel easy, unrushed, and welcoming. I’ll gently guide you when needed, while leaving plenty of room for real moments to unfold naturally. Kids are free to be kids, babies set the pace, and you don’t need to worry about everything going “perfectly.”
Whether we’re capturing quiet snuggles or playful chaos, my role is to hold the space—so you can simply be present with your people.
SESSION DAY
EDITING & DELIVERY
After your session, I’ll carefully hand-edit your images with the same intention and care that went into capturing them. Within three weeks (unless otherwise agreed upon), you’ll receive a beautifully curated digital gallery—filled with moments that feel like your family, exactly as you remember this season.
From there, you’ll be able to download, share, and preserve your images—turning fleeting moments into lasting memories you’ll return to again and again.
Our, typically shy and serious faced little girl became giggly and cuddly during our session, and I attribute that to Niki’s laid back/no pressure to get “the photo” vibe. Which led to perfectly captured photos that we all enjoyed being apart of. We can’t wait for her to capture our family as we grow and age!

Newborn sessions are typically held within the first 2–3 weeks after baby is born, but I always follow your pace. Once you book, I’ll reserve space around your due date, and we’ll confirm a time once your little one arrives. Sessions are baby-led and slow-paced, with lots of room for feeding, soothing, and snuggling.
When should we schedule our newborn session?
Family and maternity sessions can take place outdoors, in-home, or in a rented studio. Newborn sessions are usually held in the comfort of your home, but a studio is also an option if preferred. I’ll help you choose a location that fits your style and feels natural for your family.

The deposit officially reserves your session on my calendar and ensures I can hold time and energy just for your family—especially important during high-demand seasons or around due dates. It also helps me plan intentionally for your session, from prep to shoot day. Once your deposit is received, your date is fully locked in and no one else can book that slot.

That’s okay, truly. I fully expect movement, big feelings, snack breaks, and the occasional meltdown. I come into every session with patience, flexibility, and a few tricks up my sleeve. Some of the most meaningful images come from the “in-between” moments, so there’s no pressure for perfection—just presence.
